Shipping time starts the day after an order is received.
For example, if shipping time is 5 business days and you place an order

We charge a flat fee of $30 (includes shipping) for NEXT DAY SHIPPING. If you want NEXT DAY SHIPPING, please email us and we will send you a link for payment. However, we cannot guarantee NEXT DAY SHIPPING until you email us and let us know how many bows you want. |

HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
Once an order is received, it is added to our "Production Line." If you order 1 bow or 20 bows, it is put into production in the order it is received.

RECEIPTS
We use PayPal as our credit card processor so whether you pay via PayPal or Credit Card or ECheck, your receipt will come from PayPal.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt from PayPal. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, YOUR ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PLACE IT AGAIN.
That is the only confirmation/receipt you will receive until your order is ready to be shipped. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

PAY BY CHECK
If you want to pay by check, please send an email with the bows you want to order and the quantities. You will receive an order confirmation with the mailing address to send your check to. Once check is received and cleared, your order will be shipped. |

We do try to ship all packages as early as possible and beat
our posted shipping times but with as many orders
as we receive, we cannot always do that,
especially during holidays or specials.
If you need your bows for a special event, please email us and let us know.
We do try to accommodate all special requests without adding any additional fees
but we need to know first before you place your order in the event we cannot
guarantee shipping.

Also, please be advised that the shopping cart expires after an hour,
so all items will be removed after that time. Unfortunately, this is not
under Cutie Pie Bows control, but per our website provider.
